All winter I’ve been learning the in’s and out’s of Facebook and it’s use for businesses. There’s an entire market out there and you can capitalize on it if you act fast. Only a handful of businesses are currently using Facebook to it’s full potential and they are certainly reaping the benefits.
Creating your own Facebook business presence before it becomes saturated will not only create new business opportunities for you now, it will solidify your customer loyalty.
What’s Involved? A Facebook business presence isn’t a place for you to connect with long-lost college buddies, its a place for you to speak openly to your current and potential client base about your business in a more casual setting. Best of all, it’s a place to LISTEN to your clients and interact with them in today’s busy world.
When you’re ready to learn more, let’s set up a time to talk. We’ll discuss what you want to get out of your Facebook presence and the steps needed to get you there.
You’ll be surprise at quickly we can create a Facebook presence that’s uniquely yours.
Below are a couple examples of local businesses that I’m working with to help them grow their businesses by tapping into the “new” Facebook market.

Golf Club of Indiana

Everyone can benefit from social media; however some businesses may have to get more creative with their approach than others.
If your business is B2C, your social media campaign is more “straight forward”. You post specials on your Facebook page that only your fans can see, you have contests on Twitter for your followers and you post what’s new with your business on your blog. Of course this is one VERY simplictic example, but you get the idea.
If you trend more B2B, you may need to be more creative. Many B2B businesses don’t see a need for social media, as they have a more difficult time seeing the results of a social media campaign. However, as social media becomes more prolific, I believe we will see more B2B bussinesses taking part in social media and seeing great results. If you’re a B2B business considering jumping on the social media wave, get started sooner rather than later. As getting on board now will give you an advantage over your competitors who join in later on.
